Anticipated hours videography requirements *

In standard our coverage are 9 hours coverage. Do confirm if you have a late night sparkler exit or require longer hours to get a custom quote. Additional filming is at $350 per hour.

Videographer must have at least 30 minutes for setup at the ceremony venue, to prepare cameras and audio. Be sure your timeline allows for this. This is normally the hide out time for couple, whilst guests arrive.

Same for reception. We need some time to setup sound and other for entrances setup.

This includes post ceremony time. If your family shoot is right after, we will not be able to film some of this due to packup from ceremony (For one shooter packages)

A final dance or sparkler exit do add an extra 30 minutes to your timeline- as it takes time to gather the guests and for the activity to commence.

PRE WEDDING VIDEO NEEDS

Now that we are a few weeks away, I wanted to get in touch as this is typically when clients will consider adding extended coverage of their wedding weekend to their collection. This could be an intimate rehearsal or larger welcome party, whatever you have planned to kick off the weekend! Many memorable moments of the weekend occur at these events (i.e: heartfelt speeches, additional footage of friends & family, etc) and since many clients have loved reliving these alongside their wedding film I wanted to offer this as an option if you are interested as well. We offer special packages for weekend or destination wedding needs.

Having an additional on your wedding day allows you to add tons more shots and creative angles of your day. This includes more coverage during your ceremony, more creative angels during the couple portraits, group candids, more points of view during your First Dance- the list goes on!

It would be really helpful to double-check with your caterer that your vendors will receive meals and also that, if possible, the video/photo team can eat with first served so they can get back to work as soon as possible and continue filming great footage for you. This is especially true to get sunset shots/ toasts and other special memories.
